Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, straight from our kitchen at Pike Place Market in Seattle. We don't ship internationally yet, but we do have a store at SeaTac Airport!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You can choose between USPS and UPS options, including faster services if you need it there sooner.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We pop in small hand made batches, so orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit time depends on the carrier and service you pick at checkout.

Where's my tracking number?

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is packed and ready for carrier pickup. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing after 3 business days? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Why does the online shop say sold out?

We only take a limited number of online orders each day so every bag ships fresh. The shop opens daily at 7 AM Pacific and usually sells out fast. Join our email list to get a heads-up, or visit us at Pike Place Market or SeaTac Airport.

Can I send popcorn to several different addresses?

Yes. For a few gifts, place a separate order for each address.

Freshness & Storage

How do you keep the popcorn fresh?

Every batch is popped by hand at Pike Place Market and sealed in our extra thick bags. No artificial preservatives added, just real ingredients and thoughful packaging.

How long does Cobb's Popcorn stay fresh?

Unopened bags are best within 8â€“12 weeks. That makes it a great gift to order ahead of the holidays or an event.

How should I store it after opening?

Roll the top down tight, before sealing the zip loc or move it to an airtight container, and enjoy it within a few days for the best crunch. Cool dry storage location will also help keep it fresh.

Should I put popcorn in the fridge?

You can... but we say No. The fridge adds moisture and takes away crunch. Keep bags in a cool, dry spot out of direct sun.

Why is my caramel corn a little sticky?

Heat and humidity soften caramel. Keep it somewhere cool and dry and it will hold its crunch.

Orders & Returns

What bag sizes do you offer?

Large bags hold about 16 cups, small bags about 8 cups, and mini bags about 4 cups. Large is made for sharing; small and mini make great individual gifts and favors.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once it ships, we can't change it.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Add your note at checkout and we'll include it with the order.

My order arrived damaged, stale or wrong. What now?

We're sorry - we'll take care of it. That's not the experience we want for anyone. Every bag comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Get in touch with us, so we can make it right as soon as possible for you.

Corporate Gifts & Events

Do you do corporate gifts?

Yes, and it's one of our favorite things to do. Seattle teams have trusted Cobb's for client gifts, employee thank-yous and holiday gifting for years. We handle everything from a handful of gifts to orders in the thousands for your big Seattle Convention Center Event.

What corporate gift options do you have?

Our gift sets start at $72 and go up to $299, from a taste of our classics to a full spread for the office. Every set is cheaper than buying the bags one by one.

Can you add our logo or custom branding?

Yes. Branded gifts are available with a minimum order and a little extra lead time. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible. Contact us directly.

How much lead time do you need for a large order?

Give us 3-5 business days for orders under 200 bags and 7+ business days for larger orders. For holiday gifting, reach out early. December fills up fast, we've filled up by November the last few years.

How are corporate gifts packaged?

Each gift is wrapped with a belly band and gift tag. No bulky tins or boxes, so it's easy to carry, ship and travel with.

Do you do popcorn for weddings and events?

Yes. Mini bags make great favors for weddings, conferences and office parties (minimum 100 mini bags). We also offer local delivery in King County and a popcorn popup tent for events.

Can my business sell Cobb's Popcorn?
